How do we differ? 


We are passionate about providing the best customer support experience for our clients and their customers. But we didn’t start out this way. In fact, we had to overcome many failures and challenges before we became the successful company we are today.


Our story began in 2009, couple of geeks building pcs when in our final year of college we thought we had a great idea, and we invested a lot of time, and energy into developing our final project putting together a resource page where other students can seek help with technical questions. We decided we could bring this to scale and give back to the community. We also listened to our customers and their needs, and asked them for their opinions and suggestions. We used this information to redesign our platform and improve our features.


We developed a culture of passion and excellence within our company, where everyone shared the same vision and values. Our employees are friendly and helpful to our customers and deliver a solution with quality service in mind regardless of end user experience. Patience and attention is key with every client.


We launched our new platform in 2019, under the name of Direct Tech. Our platform offers online customer service solutions for small and medium sized businesses and we found success when the world was slowly moving operations to work from home or remote. 


Today, we are one of the leading companies in online customer service solutions. We have over 50 clients from various industries and cities, who trust us with their customer support needs. We have a loyal and happy customer base who recommend us to others.


We are proud of what we have achieved so far, but we are not complacent. We are always looking for ways to improve our platform and service, and to provide more value to our customers. We are always learning from our successes and failures, and from our customers’ feedback. We are always passionate about providing the best customer support experience possible.
